What you'll do

• Review owner contracts for compliance
• manage the master project schedule, quality control program, project budget, and project assets
• identify critical issues and milestones
• review budgets and scopes with preconstruction
• forecast potential additional costs
• incorporate safety into planning and execution
• manage GMP or lump-sum contract development
• prepare change orders and monthly owner requisitions
• assess subcontractor financial ability and contractual readiness
• review job cost reports and develop look-ahead schedules.
