Preschool Sports Coach

Job overview

The Preschool Sports Coach role is onsite at program locations in the Orlando-area communities, including Sanford, FL. Compensation is $20 per hour during assistant-coach training, $25 per hour after successful training, with performance-based advancement opportunities paying up to $40 per hour. The coach leads movement and sports classes for children ages 18 months to 6 years.

• Lead age-appropriate multi-sport classes
• introduce children to sports while developing coordination, balance, listening, teamwork, and confidence
• create an inclusive learning environment using praise and positive reinforcement
• ensure children's safety
• follow the Amazing Athletes curriculum
• build positive relationships with children, parents, teachers, and school staff.

Why this role

Part-time work of 5–10 hours per week, with availability for at least two weekdays during 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 2:00 PM–5:00 PM. Coaches must travel between program locations and may travel up to 30 minutes from home to assigned schools. Paid training and CPR certification assistance are offered.
