What you'll do

• Prepare and execute food items according to kitchen standards
• follow food safety and sanitation practices
• maintain cleanliness and organization
• complete daily setup and breakdown
• follow prep lists and scheduled cleaning
• maintain storage security, food rotation, and proper handling
• communicate par levels and workload
• assist with incoming deliveries.
