The Employee Storytelling & Content Manager role is hybrid and based at Zscaler’s Santa Clara, CA headquarters. The annual base salary range is $108,500–$155,000. The position reports to the VP, Culture and Community, within the People & Culture organization, and works with the Communications team. The manager turns employer-brand strategy into campaigns and content that support talent attraction, retention, and employee advocacy. Through storytelling across internal and external channels, the role helps employees and prospective employees connect with Zscaler’s culture and brand.

What you'll do

• Deliver internal and external People & Culture campaigns across Slack, email, intranet, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• manage a content calendar and track performance
• create and publish short-form employee videos
• maintain brand voice and visual consistency
• partner with employer brand and internal communications colleagues and advise leaders on external presence.
