Job overview
The Principal Account Executive - Enterprise is an onsite role based in Columbus, OH. The base salary range is $145,000 - $160,000 per year, with an OTE of $290,000 - $320,000. This role exists to drive new logo acquisition for enterprise-level accounts. The executive will contribute to the team by building value-based sales plans, managing complex deals, and leveraging the iCIMS Talent Cloud platform.
