What you'll do

• Monitor and control the cement manufacturing process from the Remote Optimization Center.
• Review equipment status, process parameters, and alarms.
• Ensure safe and continuous plant operations, maintaining product quality, and complying with environmental regulations.
• Identify and troubleshoot process and equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of process parameters, equipment readings, and operational activities.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree, preferably in Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing. Technical certifications or vocational training in process operations or a related field may be substituted for a degree.

Experience

Proven ability to safely operate a cement plant in a 24/7 environment, with extensive control room experience, disciplined decision making, strong understanding of kiln and mill processes, and familiarity with process control systems required to remotely operate a complex plant.
