The Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN role is onsite in Virginia Beach, VA, with pay of $32–$35 per hour. North Point Senior Homecare provides in-home care to help older adults live safely and comfortably in their homes. The nurse provides skilled, personalized care to senior clients through assessment, treatment, monitoring, education, and coordination with other healthcare professionals. The work supports clients’ health needs and continuity of care in a home setting.

What you'll do

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing procedures
• monitor and document health status and changes
• coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
• educate patients and families
• provide wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled interventions as needed
• and comply with home health regulations and documentation requirements. Requires an active Virginia RN license and CPR/BLS certification
• reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required for home visits.
