What you'll do

• Process administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures
• prepare and distribute reports to hotel management
• audit and reconcile cash, card transactions, room charges, bills, and occupancy figures
• handle reservations, check-ins, guest inquiries, complaints, and service requests
• support an exceptional guest experience.
