Clinic Manager — Mission-Driven Primary Care

What you'll do

• Lead teams through workflow, technology, staffing, and care-model changes
• oversee daily operations, schedules, time-off requests, and coverage
• use dashboards and reports to set goals and improve quality measures
• build accountable teams through expectations, huddles, feedback, and performance management
• recruit, onboard, and develop staff
• partner with providers and cross-functional teams on staffing, costs, processes, and care standards
• communicate with patients, families, colleagues, and leaders
• ensure compliance with applicable requirements and organizational policies.
