What you'll do

• Execute bench-based wet-laboratory science under the Head of RNA Bio-foundry
• perform in-vitro transcription across four modalities, including capping, poly-A tailing, circularization chemistry, and guide RNA co-production
• prepare DNA templates and conduct quality control
• perform in-process and release analytics
• handle partner-supplied materials with strict chain of custody
• document primary data for reports, run baselines, and multi-modality demonstration datasets.
