What you'll do

• Perform administrative duties for the American Job Center
• greet and assist participants and visitors
• introduce customers to available resources
• may assist customers with job applications, resumes, and email
• communicate project needs to the One Stop Coordinator
• coordinate with AJC partners
• gather and distribute community resource information
• oversee the resource room and maintain current printed materials and supplies
• coordinate conference room scheduling and referrals
• may compile program data
• follow PII guidelines
• help set up workshops
• may conduct orientations
• schedule orientations and intake appointments
• assist with outreach and recruitment
• attend required training and meetings.
