Warehouse Coordinator

Job overview

The Warehouse Coordinator role is onsite in North Las Vegas, NV; pay is $19 per hour. At Three Square, warehouse work contributes to the organization’s mission of pursuing a hunger-free community. The coordinator picks and stages agency orders, handles freight and product distribution, verifies outbound orders, and maintains accurate inventory and shipment records. The role helps ensure food products are handled safely and accurately for agency partners and mobile distributions.

What you'll do

• Pull, fill, stage, and load agency partner orders using FIFO
• handle freight with appropriate equipment when certified
• assist agency representatives with pickups and product receipt
• verify outbound orders with drivers
• maintain load, inventory, and scrap records
• report product or packaging issues
• maintain a clean, safe, sanitary work area and follow food-safety processes
• and assist with process improvements.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of food warehouse experience, experience with pallet jacks and forklifts, and familiarity with warehouse management software. Work includes freezer, cooler, and dry storage areas and lifting up to 75 pounds.
