What you'll do

• Lead the Procedure Area and clinic floor
• supervise Medical Assistants and manage scheduling and coverage
• support clinical standards, policies, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• maintain equipment and supplies
• admit, monitor, and recover patients around procedures
• assist physicians with in-office procedures and perform Medical Assistant duties when needed
• coordinate with clinical teams and outside partners
• train and develop staff
• manage hiring, performance, and employee relations
• support budgeting and strategic direction.

Why this role

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, a valid California Registered Nurse license, and ACLS certification. Fertility experience is strongly preferred; competency in IUI, IVF, FET, and egg-freezing cycles is expected within six months of hire if not already held.
