Job overview

The Machine Operator role is onsite in Liberty, MO. Pay is $20–$23 per hour. The position supports production operations in a manufacturing environment. The operator sets up, runs, monitors, and maintains production equipment while checking product quality and meeting production goals. The work helps maintain safe, efficient production and minimize equipment downtime.

What you'll do

• Learn and operate production equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, binders, and web press machinery
• set up equipment and prepare materials
• adjust settings and monitor performance
• inspect products and maintain production and quality records
• clean and perform basic equipment maintenance
• change blades and rollers, lubricate machinery, and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
