What you'll do

• Lead the Manufacturing Quality Assurance organization, including Quality Engineers, IPQC, OQC, and inspectors
• establish quality strategies and objectives
• monitor quality metrics
• oversee in-process and outgoing quality control
• ensure processes meet specifications and customer requirements
• lead root-cause investigations and corrective and preventive actions
• support NPI, audits, quality systems, data analysis, continuous improvement, customer and supplier quality collaboration, and team development.
