• Execute the company Sales Playbook
• advance leads through the sales process and meet move-in and revenue goals
• build referral networks
• respond to inquiries
• conduct tours and discovery meetings
• maintain CRM data
• plan marketing initiatives and sales events
• analyze the market
• partner with community and regional leadership
• coordinate move-ins with clinical and operations teams
• and report on sales performance and occupancy targets.
