What you'll do

• Handle debit card telephone inquiries
• complete new-account and maintenance workflows, including daily limit changes and travel settings
• review applications
• order and reissue cards
• review fraud alerts and process stop payments
• research disputes and prepare provisional and final credit letters
• process compromised-card files
• balance department GL accounts and spreadsheets
• assist with employee system access, instant-issue inventory and machine troubleshooting, ATM monitoring, reports, expedited cards, and general ledger entries.
