What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• manage check-ins, checkouts, reservations, room assignments, payments and requests
• use hotel property management systems
• reconcile nightly transactions and prepare reports
• maintain transaction and incident records
• answer phones and provide information
• resolve guest concerns
• coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
• monitor the property and follow emergency procedures
• communicate overnight information to management and day staff.
