What you'll do

• Prepare legal documents for criminal, neglect-abuse, child support, and civil matters
• conduct legal research using Westlaw and complete writing assignments
• format tables of authorities and check citations
• assist attorneys in court and coordinate witnesses and law enforcement
• interview clients in civil cases
• compile case information and draft plea agreements or recommendations
• track cases and follow up
• coordinate subpoenas, witness lists, filings, and information exchanges with courts and agencies.
