The Line Operator Leader role is onsite in Murray, KY; compensation is not specified. The position supports Kenlake Foods’ Dry Pack & Salted Nuts department and production operations. This trainee role develops the ability to lead line associates and operate and maintain production equipment. It supports safe, quality food production by completing line operations, changeovers, checks, and documentation while helping reduce downtime and waste.

What you'll do

• Train to lead line associates and operate production equipment
• monitor food safety and quality checks
• inspect food-contact surfaces and document corrective actions
• monitor metal detectors, X-ray equipment, and UPC scanners
• perform changeovers, minor troubleshooting, and repairs
• coordinate line communication and relief
• maintain cleanliness and 5S organization
• record downtime and production information
• support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
