What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral, emotional, and mental health assessments
• develop individualized treatment plans
• provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT
• track progress and maintain clinical documentation
• collaborate with healthcare professionals
• provide crisis intervention and develop safety plans
• educate clients and families on conditions, treatment, and coping strategies.
