The Head Start Site Coordinator – Early Head Start Infant/Toddler role is based in Becker County and Mahnomen County, MN, with possible remote work one day per week and travel within a five-county area. The coordinator supervises assigned Head Start services to support quality education, health, nutrition, and family support for enrolled children and families, while ensuring program and licensing compliance.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and supervise assigned Head Start services
• support education, health, nutrition, and family services
• ensure compliance with Head Start standards, Minnesota licensing requirements, CACFP requirements, and agency policies
• support the Whole Family Approach
• make home visits
• train parents and staff
• work with families, staff, and community partners.
