What you'll do

• Screen resumes, cold call, onboard candidates, and schedule interviews
• assist at job fairs
• build applicant pipelines and research sourcing methods
• help establish relationships with trade schools
• track referral incentives
• confirm applicants arrive at job sites
• communicate with superintendents about new employee performance
• distribute required tests for field employees.
