The Team Leader role is onsite in Wallace, NC. Pay is $16–$23 per hour. The role supports Royal Farms store operations and customer service. The Team Leader oversees store operations while acting as the person in charge when a more senior manager is not present. The role helps the store meet customer-service, sales, food-service, safety, and operational goals while coaching and supervising team members.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service and coach team members
• communicate product and promotion information
• oversee shift operations and coordinate team responsibilities
• perform point-of-sale transactions and vendor check-in
• follow cash-control, safety, security, and operational procedures
• train and coach team members
• support food and beverage programs, food safety, merchandising, and cleanliness
• complete store cleaning and report maintenance issues
• supervise store employees when a more senior leader is absent.
