What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day dining operations
• follow dining policies and procedures
• purchase food and nonfood items and monitor ordering compliance
• manage raw food and supply budgets
• use standard recipes
• ensure food safety, portioning, and prescribed diets
• oversee cleaning and sanitation
• conduct pre-meal staff stand-ups
• represent the community during inspections
• hire, train, schedule, manage, and discipline dining staff as needed.
