What you'll do

• Review menus
• assist with regular and special diet planning and meal production
• prepare meals and substitute foods
• serve portions according to procedures
• coordinate dietary services with other departments
• assist with inventory and storage
• ensure food is properly covered, dated, and stored
• maintain a clean and safe kitchen and report hazardous conditions or equipment.
