Home Health Account Executive

Job overview

The Home Health Account Executive role is territory-based and onsite in Fort Myers, FL, with local travel in the assigned territory. Base salary is $75,000 to $90,000+ per year, with a performance- and episodic-growth-based bonus structure. Concierge Home Care delivers patient-centered care in the home across Florida. The account executive builds referral relationships and drives census growth while coordinating appropriate services for residents’ care needs. The role manages the referral-to-admission process and works with physicians, nurses, interdisciplinary teams, referral sources, and leadership to support smooth transitions to home care.
