The Full-Time Ski/Snowboard Instructor role is onsite in Gilford, NH, for the winter season. Pay is $17.50–$20.75 per hour. The instructor works with Gunstock Mountain Resort’s Snowsports School, which provides learning experiences for guests of all ages. The role helps guests develop skiing or snowboarding skills appropriate to their ability while supporting a safe, professional learning environment. Instructors also help students navigate equipment and lifts and contribute to the smooth operation of the Snowsports School.

What you'll do

• Teach ski or snowboard lessons using PSIA and AASI methodology
• greet assigned guests and match students to appropriate skill levels
• assist with equipment transport and explain chairlift and carpet-lift procedures
• maintain knowledge of Snowsports School programs and resort operations
• model safe behavior and address or report hazards
• assist with administrative and other school tasks.
