What you'll do

• Operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and graders
• perform land clearing, grading, trenching, and excavation
• conduct equipment inspections, maintenance checks, and minor repairs
• follow job-site safety procedures
• coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and crew members
• maintain equipment-use, maintenance, and project-progress records
• identify issues to reduce delays and support quality results.
