What you'll do

• Develop new business and maintain customer, architect, engineer, and subcontractor relationships
• provide preconstruction estimates, schedules, constructability reviews, value analysis, and cost models
• prepare quantity surveys and pricing
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotations
• lead bid teams and review estimates
• participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits
• support proposals and client meetings
• and train, coach, and develop employees.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in construction management or similar, or equivalent education and experience, and 10 years of commercial construction experience plus marketing or sales experience. LEED accreditation and related industry certifications are a plus.
