What you'll do

• Coordinate resident appointments and transportation
• ensure medical and treatment instructions are followed and medication administration is coordinated under agency policy
• oversee resident financial accounts and records
• maintain staffing schedules and coordinate time off and timesheets
• conduct quality reviews, staff appraisals, meetings, and training
• participate in hiring and resident planning and transitions
• coordinate home maintenance
• and ensure household tasks and residents’ nurturing needs are addressed.
