Warehouse Associate — EOW DTC

The Warehouse Associate role is onsite in Coppell, TX, on a Thursday–Saturday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; the first day is 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pay is $16.00 per hour. NCW is recruiting for a client company’s distribution team, where the role helps prepare customer orders for shipment. The associate picks, packs, and handles inbound and outbound orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, organized work area. The work supports reliable order fulfillment through careful use of voice-directed picking, RF scanners, and warehouse procedures.

What you'll do

• Pick customer orders using an English voice-directed headset system
• pack, load, and unload trailers
• use RF scanners to track inventory
• handle household and storage products carefully
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment
• follow warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements.
