The annual base pay range is $70,000–$120,000. The role is part of Ally’s HR Workday Development team within Human Resources’ Enabling Solutions organization. The analyst configures and optimizes Workday HCM Core, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation capabilities to support HR operations and employee, manager, and HR experiences. By translating business requirements into tested system changes and maintaining data integrity, the role helps align HR technology with business needs.
What you'll do
- Configure, administer, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM Core, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation
- manage Tier 2 cases, system maintenance, business process and tenant configuration, integration support, and release management
- gather and analyze requirements with HR stakeholders
- plan, develop, test, and implement functionality
- troubleshoot issues
- maintain change-control documentation
- validate and execute mass data updates
- protect Workday data integrity
- identify process and system improvements.
