What you'll do

• Set up, troubleshoot, repair, replace, and operate qualified equipment
• adjust and help repair capping-area equipment
• monitor capping quality, brine flow, line speed, and dud detection
• monitor food safety and quality limits
• perform operational checks and equipment maintenance
• record downtime and product checks
• maintain housekeeping and safety
• assist with training seasonal machine laborers as needed.
