What you'll do

• Ensure orders are cooked in a timely fashion so table orders are ready together
• coordinate food running while items are warm
• read tickets and prepare and plate items according to recipes and procedures within 8–10 minutes
• deliver food to guests with servers when a food runner is unavailable
• perform shift side work
• prepare toast as business needs require
• keep server-line surfaces, utensils, and containers clean and organized
• assist coworkers and fill in as needed. Must be available 6:00 AM–4:00 PM every day, including holidays, and stand for up to six hours.
