The Seed Supply Operations Lead is an onsite, full-time role in South San Francisco, CA, with anticipated base pay of $155,000–$185,000 per year. The role reports to the VP, Global Production & Supply and supports Ohalo’s effort to develop improved plant varieties that help farmers grow more food with fewer natural resources. This build-focused role establishes the planning processes, data, systems, and decision rules that connect production through seed delivery. It helps the company make reliable supply and customer-commitment decisions by surfacing uncertainty, modeling options, and aligning Production & Supply, R&D, and Commercial teams.

What you'll do

• Build an integrated planning model connecting demand, capacity, yield, batch timing, quality status, inventory, logistics, and customer commitments
• establish planning and decision processes
• identify shortages and present allocation and recovery options
• model scenarios
• deploy appropriate AI, machine learning, and automation use cases with defined approval points
• develop planning data models and systems
• manage exceptions
• align cross-functional teams
• define and review planning performance measures
• build scalable planning capability.
