What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• provide companionship and emotional support
• help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation as needed
• accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
• monitor and report changes in health or behavior
• maintain care logs and daily activity documentation.
