What you'll do

• Cut, slice, and fillet fish, vegetables, and produce
• prepare sushi rice and sushi dishes according to company guidelines
• prepare other fresh foods, including entrees and cut fruit, if required
• inspect ingredient quality
• produce to expected volume and par levels
• maintain a clean work environment and sterilize utensils and equipment before use
• greet and communicate with customers
• adapt to the layout, par levels, equipment, and host requirements of an unfamiliar store.
