What you'll do
- Coordinate timely and accurate completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument process and care management from admission through discharge.
- Schedule assessments and care plan reviews, monitor MDS and care plan documentation, maintain resident MDS status, enter resident data, and code assessments using medical record review, observation, and interviews.
