What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and interpret results
• design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions
• train others to implement ethical, research-based interventions
• submit session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans
• ensure accurate data collection
• supervise ABA paraprofessionals and RBTs
• provide direct supervision and guidance
• update treatment plans
• conduct face-to-face parent training and treatment planning as needed.
