OB Hospitalist Site Director

The OB Hospitalist Site Director role is onsite in Wichita Falls, TX. Compensation is not specified. The position supports the OB Hospitalist clinical team and its hospital program. The role leads site program operations to support quality care and meet clinical and operational objectives. It maintains relationships across hospital leadership and the physician and certified nurse-midwife team, develops clinicians, and helps address operational priorities.

What you'll do

• Oversee program operations and quality care
• build relationships with hospital medical and nursing staff, administrative leadership, and the physician and CNM team
• collaborate with medical and operations leaders on clinical and operational objectives
• travel to the hospital as needed
• train and develop clinicians
• communicate and enforce clinical policies
• manage minor physician issues and escalate as appropriate
• identify ways to increase Labor and Delivery utilization
• work at least five 24-hour (or equivalent) shifts per 28-day period.
