What you'll do

• Deliver food, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms
• set up trays, tables, and amenities
• present checks
• serve wine and champagne in accordance with company standards and state regulations
• collect trays and carts
• maintain service equipment and department cleanliness
• inventory and replenish mini bars
• generate guest charges and consumption reports
• inspect products for freshness and expiration dates
• complete operational reports
• respond to guest requests and concerns
• follow health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations.
