The Associate Clinical Director, Autism Services (BCBA) role is onsite in Charlotte, MI; The position provides clinical and operational leadership for Autism services at an assigned Hope Network Center. The director helps ensure high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis services and consistent implementation of treatment practices. Through clinical oversight, staff development, and quality and operational planning, the role supports individuals and families served by the center.

What you'll do

• Provide daily clinical and operational oversight of Autism services
• lead and support evidence-based ABA service delivery
• ensure clinical protocols and treatment practices are implemented with fidelity
• support staff development, training, and clinical competency
• partner with leadership on strategic planning, quality goals, productivity, and cost-effective operations
• monitor program quality and identify improvement opportunities
• provide direct clinical services as a BCBA when needed.
