Direct Support Staff

The role provides daily-living assistance and compassionate support in a group-home setting. Staff observe and report changes, maintain a safe environment, and work with individuals, families, and colleagues to support daily routines and well-being.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
• provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home
• observe and report changes in behavior or health
• maintain a clean and safe environment
