What you'll do

• Lead M&A transactions from structuring through closing
• serve as a primary client contact and provide strategic legal guidance
• draft and negotiate major transaction agreements
• manage deal teams and supervise or mentor junior attorneys and paralegals
• coordinate with tax, regulatory, intellectual property, and finance specialists
• and handle post-closing matters and related negotiations.
