Job overview
The Mixer Operator role is onsite in Huntersville, NC, with a stated Monday–Friday schedule of 2:30 PM–10:30 PM; shifts may extend to 12 hours, and overtime, weekends, or holidays may be required based on production demands. Pay is $17 per hour. The position supports an established manufacturing operation and works with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams. The operator prepares and monitors resin materials to maintain a consistent supply for production. The role contributes to safe, accurate production by following formulations, documenting materials and batches, and responding to process or equipment concerns.
What you'll do
- Prepare resin batches according to schedules and approved formulations
- receive, unload, test, and document raw materials
- operate and monitor pumps, valves, pipelines, sensors, and transfer systems
- collect samples for quality testing
- maintain inventory and complete SAP transactions
- report and help resolve equipment, process, quality, or safety concerns.
