What you'll do

• Resolve user issues when possible and coordinate with second- and third-level support when needed
• log cases and follow up with users
• install operating systems, applications, and hardware according to IT standards
• guide users on hardware and software
• develop support documentation and knowledge articles
• support site IT projects and user training
• manage accounts and file access
• inventory equipment
• submit purchase orders and coordinate vendors
• provide local support for repairs and remote hands support to infrastructure operations.
