What you'll do

• Maintain the Credit Risk Review pipeline and send timeline reminders
• track open issues, exceptions, and follow-ups
• compile review metrics and maintain dashboards
• support quarterly and annual reports
• coordinate updates to policies, procedures, templates, and team sites
• track reviewer workloads and calendars
• collect credit and loan documentation
• prepare meeting agendas and minutes
• coordinate third-party vendor requests
• enter valuation requests and monitor appraisal vendor status
• archive vendor compliance documents and escalate risks.
