Admissions Advisor

The Admissions Advisor is a full-time, onsite role in Provo, Utah, with a schedule established Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.; hours may vary, and some travel and weekend hours are required. Compensation is not specified. RNG Group is recruiting for a cosmetology and beauty school system whose admissions team guides prospective students through enrollment and matriculation. The advisor builds relationships with prospective students and moves inquiries through the enrollment process, from initial contact and campus tours to enrollment confirmation. The role also supports campus recruiting events and works with staff, faculty, and campus leadership to help prospective students begin their studies.

What you'll do

• Respond promptly to inquiries
• maintain inquiry records and interactions in the CRM
• collaborate with staff and faculty on recruit and applicant status
• guide prospective students through applications, acceptance, enrollment, and matriculation
• conduct campus tours
• participate in recruiting events, information sessions, and orientations
• and support the campus management team as a leadership team member.
