What you'll do

• Prepare and serve a la carte and buffet items according to recipes and standards
• cook and test food
• monitor temperatures, portions, presentation, and quality
• maintain food storage and FIFO rotation
• clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment
• set up and break down workstations
• assist with production planning, records, ordering, and receiving
• follow safety and food-handling procedures.
